Ok i know you said you said you aren't playing again, but sone basic things. The crystals are jump crystals that you teleport a short distance when double jumping, good for getting out of the storm or getting close for a sg blast. The best effective jump is around a 45°. The orb in the middle gives you 48 shield(very rarely 50 tho) if you hit the top in the middle you get thrown straight down to the chests, if you hit the side you get thrown to the side coming out of it. Thats the jist of the sand area.
