The deciding factor in this game is that Virginia guards CAN'T play defense to save their lives....yes they can score and pass but on defense they're absolutely useless and they cant rebound when their bigs go for blocks. smh Also, #30 on the Furman team needs to Transfer to a power house school next season...he has NBA skills.

Great call by the Furman coach to trap the ballhandler on that last play. Virginia doesn’t like playing fast so they are not used to being sped up like that great scouting lead to a turnover and the game winner.

As a Western Carolina fan (and future student) all I can say is congrats on the upset Furman, y'all earned it. As much as I don't like y'all, I will give you credit where credit is due for representing our conference very well. As for Virginia, that has to be one of the biggest blunders I have EVER seen from an NCAA Tournament team. I get it your man was under pressure and all, but you're honestly better off throwing it out of bounze, forcing more pressing on to the Paladins than what you gave them. Virginia, y'all threw the game away, both literally and figuratively. Good luck to Furman the rest of the way. It won't be easy, but I wish y'all the best of luck. Clark has been a faithful servant to the school since forever and me personally, I appreciate all he has done for UVA. He is prone to making mistakes and especially at that point of the game , it was a very significant mistake. But I wouldn't condone bashing. He has been faithful and the ultimate team player. @@spencergray9315 overall, Furman was just the better side. They passed the ball quicker and found gaps but UVA has some NBA level players mehn. I'm proud of Kihei Clark. Hes solid and most of the UVA players are making the NBA anyway. Personally, Beekman would have to step up his guard play, hes steady but a tad bit slow. The ball movement is what hurt UVA . I wouldn't blame Kihei as much. If anything, hes been a faithful servant and always delivered when called upon.

That bad call vs Duke caught up to them again I guess 😂. If you think about it, that game if won by Duke would have seeded UVA differently(maybe a 5-6 seed). That bad call changed their whole destiny bahahah. Just look how many things had to go wrong for UVA in last 12 seconds. The Furman kid made 2 foul shots and he only shoots 50%! Then had to have a magical turnover and a 3 to win. What are the odds😂
