Man. Loved this house. Loved the design. Perfect for single family as mentioned in video. Only problem I see keh room sizes bht huge hain. Cooling k waqt problem ay ga AC might take a lot of time and energy in summer. 7/10

You should always tell plot dimensions as per Bharia or DHA allotment letter.

Nice house but main problem will be AC on the ground floor as all rooms have no doors and lots of opening my mother has similar high roof design they look pretty but in summers you can't use AC in such huge open spaces they have no doors in ground floor for drawing room, living, dining and kitchen so AC will be the biggest issue

Ws thank you for your comment bhai. Sir sunnay mein kafi news ayi hain. Lakin aisa kuch nahi. Jo hua woh Bahria Town Karachi mein hua. Bahria Town Rawalpindi ya Lahore ki aisi filhal koi confirm news nahi hy.
