I haven't suffered any sleep paralysis in a long time... It's horrible because I feel I can't breathe properly and it's excruciatingly maddening. Luckily every time I closed my eyes, I could imagine something and it became a lucid dream. It was beautiful for me. Sadly, having sleep paralysis means an awful sleeping schedule. Thank you for this vid mate. I'll enjoy it before sleeping
