Just because you, or any other "decent player" holds down the green in the pre-verse strumming section doesn't mean everyone who's good at this game is obligated to anchor the green note. In my situation this game's engine is very inconsistent, so the only way I'd hit that part is if I pressed each note individually.

If anyone cares to notice, look for "rooted" notes (during the tapping parts especially). Anything used for cheating only holds the notes being pressed and doesn't "root" notes. also "Hyperspeed" only shows a larger visual spacing between the notes allowing for greater visual accuracy and offers no other aids.

Didn't UKOGmonkey find the optimal path? He did this on Mirror Mode. The first activation is right away when the intro ends and then come the fast notes. And the second activation is at the beginning of Verse 2. Just to let you know. BTW Great job on the FC. These days Dragonforce decide to screw with hard ass parts. Like here It's Solo i. TTFAF it's the Red Snake. Rev. Deathsquad it's the ending. Heroes of our Time it's solo 2B and the fast notes. OPAG it's the ending.

TTFAF in GH3 was a pain in the ass, but in Smash Hits I thought it was easier because of the ability to tap on the keyboard parts. It's even easier on RB because the keyboard parts aren't mapped to the guitar. Bottom line, this song is difficult, but it's not the hardest IMO. *coughSuddenDeathcough* Although, in general, I find Dragonforce boring as if you've heard one song you've pretty much heard them all. Similar lyrics, guitars, and structure throughout.

I thought bots pressed the fret buttons 10 milliseconds before the fret comes in the strum area. I found 20+ places in the video where he keeps his fingers pushed down. People already posted that the "bot" whammies. It takes skill and spare time to play these kinds of songs. You can program a bot in the exact timing, but what accomplishments do you get from it? I am not that good at this game but i can play songs on expert without holding down fingers. Keep that in mind when seeing other videos.
