Behind The Glasses and its also why shes incredibly different to Madonna. She has her own unique spin on things. People like to use the word ‘copy’ but Bowie himself was a collector, and Madonna was obviously heavily inspired by her superiors. *hint hint* norma jean. Gaga really is this generation’s most interesting pop-star, and is already a legacy artist!

Such an intelligent woman. There are very few artists like her left, we need to cherish her talent at all times. Born This Way was such an iconic musical evolution, it was the first time we truly saw a fully matured and recognized Gaga. Her songwriting skill and vocal talent shown through, and the album really solidified her position as one of, if not the most influential artist of the 21st Century. Even in 2017, she has further proven herself as a true talent that can sing any genre she challenges herself with. From pop, to synth, to rock, to pure country, she can do ANYTHING. Long live Lady Gaga.

These comments are ridiculous. People change. In this video Gaga says "honor who you are"! She's still doing that with her music whether you like it or not. "I fight to be heard" She fights everyday to be herself and grow!

Speaking as an elderly person born in the early 70s Gaga is the only modern pop star that I find remotely interesting. Yes she is reminiscent of Madonna but I can't imagine Madonna giving me time of day in real life while possibly there's a chance that Lady Gaga perhaps would, and that's another part of why I like her.

@gledwood9108
@gledwood9108 3 жыл бұрын
@@thefemmefatale9634I'm a big fan of Madonna I know a lot about her art, but the comment I left here wasn't about her, it was about Gaga. Madonna is no longer a "modern" pop star, the kids of today don't seem to know that much about her. But on the other hand there's no question that she has reached classic status. Within the first ten years or so of her fame she was already described as an icon, back when the word wasn't thrown around any thing like as much as it is today. I think Madonna is arguably the greatest pop star of the pop video age, if not of every age. I think she made more of her talent than Michael Jackson and her videos far outshine anything by Prince or Whitney Houston or George Michael, those were her 3 nearest competitors in the 1980s through to the 90s. The only person from her generation who comes close is Michael Jackson.
