su video esta bien ilustrativo, y me sirvio para cambiar el rodillo de calor de mi ricoh 3010, lo que me falla es que no pasa la hoja por la unidad de fundido y la pone como acordeon, me puede ayudar para terminar el proceso o alguien que le haya pasado lo mismo porfa.....

You're looking in the wrong place. You have a problem with the Fuser Unit - check which elements are worn and replace them. Probably the thermistors need to be replaced.

This is the unit i am asking about. is it's sensors causing the paper jams just before this unit and not entering into it?

The sensor is behind the heating unit. If the sheet reaches the sensor a few milliseconds too late, it means that there is a problem in the fusing unit and paper jams are shown. The sensor never breaks down, so look for a fault in the fusing unit. Tomorrow, a video about the interesting problem of the heating unit will appear on my channel.

The thermostat is only a safety feature, and it certainly works once the copier starts up, so it has nothing to do with your problem. But there are also thermostats in the Fuser Unit - they read the temperature and you can actually clean them, but that won't help in the event of a paper jam. As I wrote earlier: remove the heating rollers, check if the bearings have been installed in the right places and if they are not damaged. Preferably install new shafts and bearings. These are now very cheap components and you will eliminate the likelihood of their damage. Remember that the heat rollers, bearings, thermostats and separators on this machine must always be replaced after 120,000 copies. Good luck.

First, replace the paper pick-up roller in the paper cassette. Hola ojalá me pudieras apoyar en la unidad fusora hay 3 rodillos 1.- rodillo de calor 2.- rodillo de presión Pero hay otra rodillo el que instala en el minuto 6:01 del vídeo que cuando arma la unidad es el primero que instala pero en el vídeo no ponen que pieza es no como se llama en mi copiadora ese rodillo esta casi solo el metal y necesito reemplazarlo pero no sé cómo se llama En el manual de servido de mi copiadora lo menciona como rodillo de limpieza pero compré uno y me mandaron el que va en la unidad de revelado y ese no me sirve me podrían apoyar a saber cuál pieza es ese rodillo para conseguirlo porfavor ese.tercer rodillo no sé cómo se llama o como lo pido

The fuser pressure release sensor does not turn off after passing 3s from the instruction to reduce the fuser pressure by the fuser release motor, or to relocate the paper jam processing position. 2. The fuser pressure release sensor does not turn on after passing 6s from the instruction to increase the fuser pressure by the fuser release motor. 3. The lock-up signal of the fuser release motor is low for 200ms. (However, when shifting to the paper jam processing mode, the fuser release motor is stopped but the service call error does not appear if it is in between the stop position and the position in front of the stop position by 500ms.) Remedy: 1 Reinstalling the fuser unit The drawer connector of the fuser unit is not properly inserted. Check if the pins of the drawer connector of the fuser unit do not bend. If it bend, replace the fuser unit. When the pins are proper, reinstall the fuser unit so that the drawer connector firmly connects. Fuser Unit Replacement 2 Checking the wire The wire is not properly connected or is faulty. Execute U030 [Fuser Release] to check the fuser release motor operation. If it does not operate properly, reinsert the following wire connectors.
