WADR: Some of us are visual learners. I would hope that, someday, you'll make a video where we can see your multimeter when you touch the wires to the fuse. Thank you.

Shoot, I didn't even think of that. I'll keep that in mind and reshoot next time I see this problem. Thanks.

Could also be if your connecting newer fuses with an old fuse panel. Even tho theyre blade type fuses they may have changed the alloy like you said. I know they used to use copper on the female part of the fuse box for older fuse boxes. Im thinking when you touch unlike metals that arnt protected from the elements with current flowing thru them and having humidity in the air it can cause oxidation and corrosion on the newer type fuses, because they prob dont use the purest of metals like they used to back in the day. Prob be good to coat them in dieletric grease to prevent that from happening. Just a thought.

Hello I have a question wondering if you can help me so my 10 amp fuse keeps blowing but only one side what could it be

Is it like an oxidizing issue? I’ve found the smart fuses crack causing an open but not blow. Weird issues with that though.

The metal oxidizing would be my best guess too. The conductor must be made of an inferior metal vs normal fuses. As expensive as the smart fuses are, better QC should be expected.
