The U.S. Department of Energy’s Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory is integral to advancing the administration’s bold decadal strategy to accelerate the realization of commercial fusion energy. The science and engineering techniques developed at the Lab will be used to develop a pilot fusion power plant. The Laboratory is partnering with more than a dozen private fusion companies to help bring fusion to the grid.
