Fusion Engine vs JACK (4K)

Is the Fusion Engine so much more adjustable, that’s why it’s so big (and expensive)? Versus the Jack, which is just a tube that goes in the gearbox? Very interesting.

Yes, both are solid setups and have their advantages! The FE is the king of adjustability 💯

2 question. I'm thinking about getting a jack but everyone says the fusion engine is better in a lot of areas. my questioins is that is the fusion engine worth the extra $$$ when im only gonna use it for cqb 350fps and how is the consitency of the jack compared to the fe. tysm

The main area that the Fusion Engine is better is adjustability. If you are playing strictly cqb than I would go with the jack, I would say the Fusion is slightly more consistent than the Jack.

In our opinion, if you ever want to have a DMR or sniper setup, get the FE for it's adjustability (Red nozzle, yellow nozzle, yellow poppet, etc). But the choice is yours

Currently we only own the Fusion Engine and the Jack. Maybe in the future we will do a Kythera build though.

@@OrdoAirsoft Can you use the Kythera for Speedsoft? cause I hear the trigger is real steal and I don't know if you can spam the trigger like the other polarstars.I would also like to know how you could raise the rps on a polarstar. Which one has the best rps?

In our opinion, the FE is the most adjustable. We have not used the Kythera, however from what we know about it, it has a trigger that "breaks" like a real firearm. This would be beneficial for those who are real-steel training on a budget. Probably not the best for speedsoft because it cannot be fired as fast (theoretically)

I’m still having a problem with my jack not wanting to reach any type of good fps it’s shooting like 280 and the feild limit is 400 any suggestions

What barrel are you using? We would recommend a long tightbore barrel, if you are using good BBs, use a 6.01 and check your air seal

if a had to take a guess, I would say the distance between the nozzle and the bucking or the bucking itself. Adjust or test others hopups and buckings. The one that I choose is the Madbull shark with prowin hop.

My polarstar jack is shooting we’re the bbs curve to the right consistently. I have checked my bucking, nub, inner barrel, and hop up, every thing seems to be fine but it keeps happening. I also tried uring a friend hop up assmenbaly that worked fine in his gun but had the same problem in mine. Any help would be nice.

btw your wrong the jack has diffrent nozzels i have one in a MP5 and one in a A&K Massada 2 diffrent nozzels you just have to order them. also the jack was built arround price and efficancy, though i do admit it is no longer the best at that but it still holds its own.

Yes, you are correct; the JACK has different length nozzles you can buy to fit different platforms. We were referring to high FPS nozzles such as the red and purple nozzles on the FE that allow you to increase FPS significantly. Good to hear your JACK setups are still running strong

Im still having the air leaks from the nossle even though I cleaned them very good and greased them

Do you have the Fusion engine or the Jack? These systems are very sensitive to outside contamination, it does not take much to cause a leak. Also only a very light coating of grease is needed, only enough to keep the o rings lubricated.

We have had that issue in the past make sure all the o-rings are extremely clean, the slightest particle can cause that to happen.

If your going for a higher FPS setup the Fusion engine is the way to go because you can change the nozzle out to make the FPS increase.

For as long as it can reach the gamesite limit on FPS (450-550) then it's just the same so go for the cheaper one

Lol come to Australia i paid 650aud for my jack and 850aud for the F2 and some places are selling the jack's for 700aud and 900aud for a F2 it's out of control over here and the fusion is like 1000aud but not as common as the other 2 ,it makes me sick to think about the mark up we are getting smashed with 🤑🤮

Yeah those are high prices, here the fusion engine is up to $560 now and the jack is $360.
