Glad more cut for time sketches are finally being uploaded. I hope we get a few more. Thanks. This had a nice throwback feel to '70s or '80s SNL. They managed to make the 6 minutes not feel padded, good writing and performances without going too over the top. Marcello could be a great physical comic for the show if he gets the chance.

Agreed. She, Kate, and Aidy carried the show for so many years. Bowen is pretty good, but none of the new people are really standing out yet, except when the dad in this sketch does trump. None of them seem to add that special spark that the greats did. I think the era of Kristin, Fred, and Bill was the best.

Although Cecily is leaving, and she was one of the last strongholds from the early 2010's era, Sarah, James, Marcello, Heidi, Ego, Bowen and others give me so much hope. They never fail to make me laugh. (forgot Andy D., who is such a solid sketch actor, and Michael Longfellow, whose dry humor I love during standup, but has also translated exceptionally well in sketches. I can see him being a straight man a la Sudekis in the future.)

well considering he was working on the elvis vocal technique for 2-3 years, it’s prolly kinda difficult to get back on track. he said in an interview the he struggled to find his voice again after the role.

It was an a+ show which is really sad when Steve Martin and Martin Short I probably would have given him like a c-minus maybe a d Plus. I was really expecting a lot out of those two veterans but honestly Martin Short was too much himself in every sketch he was in.
