According to paediatrician salt and sugar is harmful for a babies till 1 year ....and tomato is also citrus so this should also avoind till 1 year ....otherwise u r doing good ....good recipes ..

Hi Meena, great questions. 1.Yes you can give combination of Multi grain with Oats. 2.It's better to stick with pure oats. We don't know what all they add when they start reprocess the foods! 3. Hi Aarti, if you noticed, we cooked them well either in the powder format or whole. If you plan to give fully cooked and in pureed format, yes you can give quaker plain oats to babies. Don't give flavored oats, they have too much sugar and 'god-knows-what' stuff! 😀🙏👍
