Sand it down between coats with a 400 grit sandpaper to smooth it out

This goes against every bit of advice I’ve ever read about painting. In order to get good adhesion we are told to at least scuff sand but here you have done nothing but clean it. Is this something new that I am not aware of? I’ve noticed you didn’t answer any of the questions so I’m hoping you’ll answer mine.

Hello, Our paint is made with industrial strength acrylic resin and has excellent adhesion properties. With that said the surface you are aiming to paint is clean and natte. If you have any sheen we would then recommend a scuff sand for extra adhesion. Hope that helps answer your question. :)

Too much information presented in a random rambling way. I am now totally confused. How is the shiny top of this dresser "raw wood" at 14:30? "leave it for a few hours/wait till the next day"??? And using the top of the dresser as a work table while you are working on it is very bad advice as is loading a paint roller while holding a tray at shoulder level!!! Stop retouching areas that may be starting to set up. Stop pouring huge amounts of mineral spirits onto the top surface just to wipe most of it off with a rag. Remember that you are demonstrating your product. Some people who are watching may never have refinished anything before. If they relied on the information presented in this video, they would probably have a disaster on their hands. I have used some of your products and they are impressive. However, your videos are not.

I love all the information and I like the realness of how she presents herself and the product. She said "if it was raw wood." I like these videos, if you don't like it why do you feel the need to point it out? Why not scroll by?
