Love this look! Thanks for including how to prep the floors too. I was wondering how you got the stencil to fit around the toilet and how did you stencil under the sink cabinet?

After the main part of the floor was done we cut it to fit the other spaces.

Yes- Muddaritaville Studios. and we used our Tough Coat Matte.

We tried that, it was not too bad! But because there is so much water on these floors, the top coat has ensured perfect use!! It's been a whole year now and it's still perfect!

It can work over lino, and top coating is optional, but Tough Coat works well.
