I have come across your videos while doing some research about my Genius Pro. I feel like, this brand, is not that common in countries like the US, this causes a seriously lack of information on KZbin about how to do basic things (Specially considering that, this is my very 1st 3D printer). Finally they included the .bin file in their downloads. Had the problem that my Genius Pro sometimes thought he was a sidewinder sizewise. That made big problems on auto leveling. Before they only got the Source file for download but I couldn't figure out how to make a firmware out of it. Thank you for the tutorial, it worked like a charm and my Genius is finally a Genius.

I followed your instructions in order to update the firmware on an Artillery Genius (not the Pro version). I keep getting an error message from the STM32 Programmer "Establishing connection with devise failed". Within the "USB Configuration" window it states that "No DFU detected". Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Apologies, I thought that was in the video, messed up the editing where I showed that. There is a square plug on the right hand side of the machine that excepts a USB Type B cable, if you search on the internet you should be able to find that plug type, then the other end of the cable is a USB type A which goes into your laptop, hope this helps.

Hi Ezequiel, I would not be able to test this but based on my research, it should work without a problem, just select the Artillery Genius Firmware files from downloads section. I really appreciate your comments, thank you.

Thanks a lot man. I'm updating the firmware (and the slicer) because my printer started to stop to a certain height on the z axis while printing (the thirtieth layer with .2 quality). The problem is that it continues to extrude the filament and move on the other axis, so the part gets a sort of elephant foot on the layer it stopped on and the printer starts to scratch the surface. If anyone can tell me what's happening because I checked the gcode and it seems ok and the hotend can get all the way up if I send the command from pronterface or from the screen on the printer itself. Thanks again for the guide

I have genius pro to and the hotend fan stopped when the nozzles temperature dropped down below the 50C, but I don't know what happened that the hotend fan not stops under 50C now and always is working on high power even when the hotend is off, how should I fix it?

Hi, if you go to Device Manager in windows, go to ports and check which devices need updating, right click on that device and update driver. If that does not work, with the printer plugged in, check which port is assigned, remove it and reboot the computer with the printer in and on. I really hope this helps.

Aynı sorunla karşılaştım win11 de ve programın kurulum dosyasına gittim program files stm32cube dosyası içinde bim klasörü var orda STM32CubeProgrammer simgesi var program açılış simgesi normalde 8/9 da kalmasaydı masaüstüne kısayol atacaktı ama olmuyor bu yolla programı açabildim ve dediklerini yapmaya devam ettim sonuca ulaştım.
