My theory is that the player IS in Fredbear's Family Diner (hence the name "Welcome to Fredbear's"). What likely happened is after the bite of 83', either William or Henry sold the property to the "Storage and Rentals" company with the purpose of holding all the old animatronics, props, and plushies from the diner (maybe a few other sections in the building for people who wanted to store their own items in the same building). Neither Henry or William would have to worry about moving equipment since S & R agreed to lease spaces for other companies (maybe some minor renovations and sealed sections). The robots can remain in the "diner" under new S & R management in a dedicated room, while others are rented out to different people. Another point that supports my theory is that we see the same "checkered floor" at this storage facility - indicating that this location was, at one point, a Fazbear Entertainment building; most likely Fredbear's Family Diner.
