how do you make videos like this?

You find a recitation then the surahs name then its english translation and make a video on a editing app

I take the translation from quran.com Add it in Microsoft Word on a page with a black background Use a python skript to add the picture of the verse (You can download the verses as PNG) Then listen to the recitation and crop the verses accordingly Export it as pictures I edit it then in Dacinvi Resolve and match the clips to the recitation

Depends on the reciter, for example Dossary takes longer because he often repeats ayahs. But for this one all the work calculated together is maybe 4 hours
