I have only one reborn, Chase by Bonnie Brown, and I had named him Chase Daniel, so when you named your baby Daniel I was so happy. Do not apologize or try to explain how you feel about him or about wanting to hold him close. I totally KNOW the feeling. No, I do not think of my baby as real, but there are moments when the feelings I have ARE real in the complete joy I feel in seeing him in his crib or holding him in my arms. Hello my beautiful Sis Katie and precious nephew Daniel 😘💋💋🥰 This video truly just brought me all the feels. You are so right and holding a baby that you’re really bonded with close to your chest and just being relaxed is wonderful! I am a lot like you where I like to change the babies and take pics. Even tho I don’t always post them. But I just really love all the fun things that go into caring for a baby. So this hobby is great! But when there’s that special baby you really do find it more enjoyable to simply sit w them and just savor the moment. This is so beautiful to me. You and Daniel are such sweet loves and it made my heart so full!! 🥰 I miss my babies actually!! I had to pack them ALL away safely bc we are selling our Cape Cod house and moving to Florida! So we have the appraisal this week and I wanted the house streamlined and no baby stuff out. I have SO much stuff for these dolls it’s INSANITY! Until you pack for a move you don’t even realize just how much! HA! But we have officially had enough of this horrible cold weather and are moving south to enjoy more things that life has to offer. We just want to know that when we do have spare time and on wkends that we have the option of more things to do and see. We grew up here in Cape Cod and it’s beautiful but it’s really for old ppl! LoL everything closes early and it’s dark and just after 46 years here I need to live a little! Haha my husband and I only looked at homes w a pool and we wanted at least ONE palm tree in our property! I will be truly grateful to wake up to that everyday Sis! Katie, this is so strange. Not many people have Lanny... you and I do. And guess who just arrived yesterday? My Sam.... No kidding. Not only that but I kind of like to keep my babies with their sculptors name but I didn't like "Lanny" so I named my little girl "Dani", like your Sam. Sam I called Samuel Paul, Sammy for short. He is my very first reborn (still waiting on Lanny to get hair rooted) and I found myself sitting in my recliner rocker just rocking him back and forth like you. Yes, he is the sweetest little baby.
