I just bought the T8FG S.bus system and this vid really cleared alot of questions that I had. The manual is very detailed but a little cryptic. Thanks for posting!

Thanks, I'm with RC Ray, I understand it a lot better now. I just got my T8J so I'm new at this. Thanks again.

Seems like a great way to get locked in to a proprietary system, and get stuck buying Futaba servos. A smart way for Futaba to make more money if you ask me.

let's use comon sense when building if I am going for a nitro killer under 4.2kg then servos that weigh under 52 grams and a pyro motor 750 560kv at 16s with a 6000mah pack will be around my weight I want and that's called power to weight anything over 5kg weight has shit power to weight ratio

agree, I have the radio but will pass on the servos and sbus. Helicopter guys and multi channel gliders, I sort of get this, but a straight airplane with Flaps and airalons? I'll pass.

Thanks for the video. I understand a bit better now. Now...What about the open channels (i.e. the red 1-7 pins). Are they usable also (i.e. concurrently with the s-bus)?

Does the servo has to be made for S bus or u can use any servo with s bus

Still do not understand. I never had Futaba. I want to build a hexa and for use all option of the board control, I need 9 ch + 2 for gimbal and maybe 1 for camera shoot. If I buy the Futaba T8FG ..this config of 14 ch can help me, or I missunerstand ? I do not have patience to do all Futaba programing stuff, but if this wil help me use all 14 ch for my hexa....

I like that you can set up multi servos off of 1 lead so how many servos can be connected off of the 1 lead ??

Only futaba.

Unless your flying a 5000 dollar turbine helicopter this system is over the top un necessary expense to complicate an otherwise simple job. I wanted a reliable system with flight stabilization for night flying, and I can't imagine the cost of adding flight stab to the sbus. I don't regret the futaba t8fg super, but give me the orange receiver with built in flight stab for 35 bucks any day of the week. The sbus servos are to pricey also. SWEET system the sbus is for rich guys that want to show their wealth...

SBus, pain in the ass, nothing so simple as SPEKTRUM with less $...
@interman77157 жыл бұрын
Rui Messias You don't have to use sbus with futaba it is an option, spektrums xplus channel expander system is more expensive and less versatile, you can even link two recievers together with futaba to get more channels, spektrum can't even do that .Spektrum makes unreliable junk and they are way behind.

@@interman7715 thank you...3 years on I realise that Futuba quality and versatility is the best and noting to compare. About the price all depends where you living and the cost. Agree with you, just try the Futuba and never look back..
