You guys are doing a great job, keep going. I wish Futagoyama-beya the best wishes for the upcoming tournaments 👍 Love from India❤
You lovely people may not understand me but I have been obsessed with your videos. So much so that I’m actively trying to learn Japanese to understand better. I’m hispanic american living in Seattle Usa.
I love the freshness and quality of ingredients used to make this food. You can tell these guys are proud of the dishes they make. I live in the countryside so I cook all my meals. I keep a simple diet myself but I source wild venison, grass fed black Angus beef, organic eggs, cheese, fruits and vegetables, all locally produced😋. Now I'm getting hungry😄 Thanks for your video!

I like watching these big boys cook and struggle to breathe.
I am very impressed that they manage to keep the towels up. I need to know the secret.

When peeling eggs put them in cold water, then either pour the water out and put a lid on or ball them up in a tea towel a d give them a really good shake. It’s much easier to peel the shells off. It’s also useful to have water on hand to rinse off the annoying bits of shell that cling. An easy way to chop them small is put one in a wire egg slicer, cut it one way, turn the egg 90 degrees and cut again. Then nbingo, nice small pieces of egg.
