EXCELLENT QUESTION! For youth leagues, it’s going to depend on the rules for that specific league, however the majority of the Youth Futsal rules will follow the US Youth Soccer rules, so heading for u11 and under is prohibited during the match.

What if a substitute player got a red card ? Has to play 4 vs 5 ?

Correct a red card means the team plays down 1 player for 2 minutes OR after the opposing team scores a goal, whichever happens first. Hope that answers your question

But if the player is on the sideline “substitute” before entering the game, and receives a red card, the number of players playing is not impacted.

@KP Futsal thanks 😊. This is my question. If he was on the sideline while the game is on and got a red card . No player should be dismissed from the field. They continue the game 5 vs 5. Correct ?
