Looks like a fun trip! I've also bought Select ball and at first my friends from Sunday pick up game thought it was a kids ball until they started playing with it, all went wow, better than the Nike we used to play with.

@@rl92215 that is not what cooldown is for bro. Cooldown is to prevent injury and start recovery. It is eating/taking proteins and minerals after training, ice application and a good night sleep will do more to reduce soreness

Hi Ken, Yes it’s actually very common. When you’re pushing your body so hard over a long period of time, sometimes small surgeries are required, but in some unfortunate cases, more major surgery is sometimes needed. A part of the journey for many.
