There is no valid comparison... He may be the next that is as popular as skrillex, but this is a whole different level. Up and coming as it were but already blowing the competition away. Vexare has found that sweet spot between soothing earcandy and brain crushing wobbles. It's a cut above...

A bit odd- I always thought this track sounded muffled, so I decided to check out vexare's soundcloud, and there seems to be a really large difference between the two. Anybody else noticing this? Don't get me wrong, I love this song but just an interesting sound quality difference.

Skrillex's skill lies in composing, yet he actively goes out and does shows were he simply presses play and wobbles back and forth while wearing headphones. There are people out there who DJ and Mix in real-time and get less recognition for the glorious sounds they create. Skrillex isn't bad as a mixer, but he's been unrightfully put on the throne for an entire genre. It's not that he's mainstream, it's how he's mainstream and who he is personally that makes everyone hate him.
