The first time I ever heard this was the first time I ever really listened to DnB. The first time I listened to this was while living in my truck during an oddly bad cold weather in March 2023, there was snow all around, and we were parked at the park by the lake. I parked facing where the sun would rise, packed lit a bowl to smoke before she woke up. I normally somehow and without thinking, even with songs I haven't heard before, will light the bowl and start my first hit at just the right moment of the song and it was at that moment in this song when the first notes from the synth sound, that I took that hit, and the sun literally broke over the horizon and blinded me momentarily. And here I was, just literally star struck on an adventure through sound and light and as my vision came to and the song had progressed, wisps of speckles and smoke puffs. I finish the bowl, put the glass down, and start drumming my feet and hands along to the beat and I found myself saying out loud "Where the fuck has this been all my life?" Somewhere down the comments is a comment I left in response to my experience But man. . . This song. . .
