Well you just make katsu overpowered she has a strongest quirk she can beat whole class even big three and she is very intelligent no one can tell right answer Even in Toshinori's you right he is very smart but she surpass him and momo's daughter even without paying attention. (Toshinori you are letting your father down, work hardest than anyone in the history my boy before it's too late) Well the whole point is that she is more comfortable for one for all then toshinori. deku have to see the compatibility and worthyness not relationship. So deku make a mistake giving toshinori one for all.

It say " deku is only get his quirk and for now it's take time to grow, one time deku's quirk get his full potential it will be 2x of all might, let only one person in the world who can put a fight in front of him" (and we all know how is he) and now deku gain access to past users quirk let him in 3x to all might and now it's on toshinori who is 6X of all might or 3X to deku so he is the strongest in the world right now he just needs time at least a year to grow one for all in his body.
