Thank you Prof. Bruno for your clear explanation, I wonder if the attenuation due to Rain, Cloud & Fog, and Snow of Wireless Power Transfer is as the same as Microwave Link/Radio Signal or not? Looking forward for your reply.

yes it is the same. Attenuation due to atmospheric conditions heavily depends on the carrier frequency.
