I have absolutely loved the tips for lagoon you have given this year, I’ve been telling my family these tips and they have been useful. Lastly, I’m wondering if you have any upcoming videos in these last couple months, keep up the great work!

I also think they should build a pedestrian tunnel between the park entrance and the Frontrunner station for people who like to ride Frontrunner to the park.

No, that should be for the shuttle bus. I am in a wheelchair and cars are always parked where the buses go and I can’t get on the bus. It needs the curb to let out the ramp to let me on. I’m not the only one in a scooter or wheelchair that needs it if they dig a tunnel it should be for the shuttle unless you were like the other drivers and feel that people in wheelchairs should not be seen in public and that your message to get them out of public looking at people in wheelchairs will not put you in a wheelchair. You don’t need to be so afraid or uncomfortable around people in wheelchairs or walkers.

Being one who is really into railroading and mining history, when I hear the name The District, I think of a mining district. That theme sort of is indicated by the style of the letters and gears around the sign. And given that new area’s proximity to Rattlesnake Rapids and all the mining stuff they have strewn about, I see that becoming a mining-themed sort of place that would blend well with Pioneer Village.

Current Lagoon Employee that is confirming ideas and thoughts: There WILL NOT be any shops or food stands in The District. There WILL BE 3 rides: Thrill ride, Helicopters and another family ride. It will NOT have a coaster. They have noticed that Pioneer Village is not popular so they want to pull some crowds to it. Rattlesnake Rapids will also be getting a new line set up so that its not as packed during the summer. They just did the ride tests for Turn of the Century so that may be running this last weekend at the park. They also have already got the Peacock Parlor bags out, so it will be open next season. It will only be candy shops since there are already food stands near that area.

I was really hoping that if there would be a roller coaster, it would be a family LSM launch roller coaster. Also, do you know where I can look for a job to design roller coasters for Lagoon or S&S.

@@mrporg2240 Every employee gets to submit an idea for an attraction in the park, then the park looks through and sees what they want. as for S&S, i don't think they are hiring but you can call and ask! Alot of people say its not a great environment to work in, but there is always ups and downs with jobs. They even do Team Member Tuesdays during the summer and you get free stuff. Rides Department is probably the best department to work in. I regret that i left it and tried food this year. Its alot of fun and you get to meet some amazing people

The best idea behind Cannibal would be to turn it into a parking lot. I have trouble getting on the shuttle bus with Uta because too many cars park up there and block the bus they need to open up space to where they can have a drop off and pick up area on the other side. It’s hard to get on a bus when it’s blocked when you’re in a wheelchair.

Lagoon needs to sometime do a single rider for Primordial since that line can get really long! For an example, the exit could be the single rider entrance.

It's cool to see additions, but I do miss some of the older things. Some may remember the "secret" back entrance that was only a 4 foot tall chain-link fence gate and if you brought an empty coke can you got 3 dollars off the 8 dollar admission fee.

Lagoon has some big plans! The merchandise store next to the district (general) isn’t going to be there much longer. They might be making another path from the district to rattlesnake. One of the plans is to revamp the whole entrance to the park. A parking garage is also into consideration. Also I’m a lagoon employee.

I wish Lagoon would put in a couple of fair rides, like a Skydiver and a Zipper. Have like a nostalgic county fair section. The only other Skydiver I know of is at Silverwood up here in Idaho.

My choice for a ride back there would be a gravity group family wooden coaster (look up Bobcat at Six Flags Great escape or Oscars Wacky taxi at Sesame place PA). Not a prediction but a tamer wooden coaster would look so good back there and really fit the park. They are also super smooth and just fun. It would be like if bombora and Roller Coaster (The White roller Coaster) were combined.

Timing wise I think two flat rides open in 2025 and the main coaster attraction opens 2026.

Great ideas for Lagoon’s future. I really like the new entrance. It goes straight to the north side of the parking lot where I prefer to park. I heard it’s the beginning, along with Primordial, of a new main thoroughfare. Maybe The District is part of that vision? We went first thing Saturday morning and rode on lots of rides right away. Primordial line probably more than an hour so we skipped it. Took a peek at The District. Looks promising no matter what is built. Frightmares is a great time of year for all ages! We took our traditional photo with Captain Jacqueline. Also went through Treat Street, Spook-A-Boo. And Hay Maze. The characters were engaging that day. Peter’s Pumpkin Patch is a fun new addition too. The afternoon show at The Carousel Theater was top notch and included a photo op. Do you know if Lagoon has an incentive program for employees who patrons complement? It’s great to see rides coming back online that have been gone for awhile. I hope additional maintenance keeps happening. Thanks for creating this community. Do you go to Biergarten during the off season? One of our favorite things to do.

I can’t believe the price of admission. I’ve been going to Lagoon my whole life I grew up 1 mile away and had season passes my whole life growing up and can’t believe they got rid of the log ride. I have noticed that they are really pulling away from what Lagoon was to be growing up

Yeah but the price isn't all that bad when you get a season pass. Go twice and it's paid for. Go anymore then 2 times and you're basically getting in for free.

Visited lagoon this summer, cost was almost as high as so cal parks, lines were worse and really only two rides were really good ( gotta admit, Cannibal was FUN)... it was pretty dissapointing...

If there was a package included with staying at the campground, I could see it drawing people, but since there isn't one, it's a waste of space. Plenty of room for more spinning rides 🎉 😆 tilt a whirl, scrambler, jumping dragon, music express, screamer, swings.....are all my favorites!

Did you know if you ride any ride with someone with the disability you can ride the ride twice in a row without getting back in line for the second time. I will have a season pass for 2025 if I see you on the park and you want to ride to get that extra experience I’d be happy to accommodate you. Imagine what it would be like to ride Cannibal twice in a row without standing in a line in between each time are used to offer that a lot during the 2024 season so for season 2025. If you’re interested, maybe you can find me on the park I will let you know when I’m going to be there and you can ride with me. By the way, I love your videos.
