First nothing should bring trust among customers. Being a new brand they should provide charger and back case within the box. When they launched without this its 1st mistake.. Next they should continue with Snapdragon processor for atleast 3 - 4 yrs minimum.. just my opinion. Btw many users will be using dont want to hurt... If we spend for a phone that should be wothy i.e, worthy expense a irukanum. Or else we wont get satisfied next 3 to 4 months we'll replace with new mobile.

Last year I got the 1st time green line and I went to T nagar OnePlus service centre they replaced the display and it worked fine till today. All of a sudden today the green line came again.
