IMHO 6,7,8,9 DHAs will increase but will that be value addition increase or just covering inflation? Anything increasing at 10% doubles in 7 yrs but that will hardly cover inflation. On the other hand projects like RUDA will have significant value addition. DC value is less than 2% of market rate with minimum transfer fee and taxes. Highly reputed developers like Javedan and Lake City. Should be good project for 3 yrs idling and offload with minimum CGT in this time
