Could I achieve this by pursuing a part-time master’s or a part-time PhD, which typically takes 3-4 years and 6 years respectively? If this guy knew everything and was very smart then he wouldn't have been working as a care worker on a care home visa, instead he would have been doing business and could have sponsored himself or his brother.
