The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) Regional Office for East and Southern Africa held a virtual dialogue with the theme ‘the Future of Volunteering in East and Southern Africa’ on18 August 2021. The dialogue provided a platform for reflecting on the changing trends in volunteering for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the region. The keynote address during the dialogue was delivered by Hon. Kirsty L. Coventry, Minister for Youth, Sport, Arts and Recreation, Republic of Zimbabwe.
