This is one of the oldest rivalries in SA, but not the biggest. That honor goes to Paarl Gymnasium vs Paarl Boys High. Then the biggest inter provincial rivalry is Grey College vs Paul Roos Gymnasium

I don't understand why grey college and paul roos are not getting praised because they are killing it in rugby and the have produced more 46 springbok player but still are not praised

I bet these schools paid a pretty penny to get this exposure. They are bang average at sport and get hammered by other schools across the country In Rugby. Grey College, Paul Roos, Glenwood High school, the Paarl schools is where its at and a few others when it comes to rugga. Not these.

@@tapiwazvidzai3446 haha not a chance. That go's to Paarl Boys and Paarl Gim and then probably Grey College and Paul Roos. Its a rivalry, but a rivalry between minnows. The big one in Natal is Maritzburg College Vs Glenwood High School. That's a true grudge match.

With respect though these schools dont stand a chance against the afrikaans schools in SA , Paarl Gym,Paarls boys,Grey, affies ,to name a few . Those big boertjies seem to dominate school rugby for some reason and thats also why South Africa struggles with transformation as the top schools are all afrikaans .
