How do u ask an older person eg: a grandma or grandpa "what are u saying" is it uthini or nithini?

Sawubona Gift. Two ways. 1. Address an elder person in plural and still mention who you're talking to: Nithini mama? 2. Address an elder in 3rd person: Uthini umama? (don't forget that 'umama' don't say 'mama')
