The entire Future Trunks DLC was quite fun actually. From how you literally have nothing, not even enough heals, to being quite literally the saviour of Earth.

I at first thought this was Laura Bailey. I come to find out it was Alexis Tipton. She did a really good job at doing Kid Trunks voice and have it sound like Laura's Trunks

So I haven't played the DLC but honestly even in super I wondered "why the heck weren't Goku and Gohan there?" I mean clearly they would both be in heaven and have met again by now and Gohan at least would sense Trunks ki while he was training and ask Goku to instant transmission them to him to see why he would be up in the heaven area too.

It was stated in Z that otherworld beings and dead fighters could not communicate with the living or interact with the living world. The only reason Goku was able to do so was because of his efforts in keeping earth safe and it was only temporary for the time, during the buu saga. Even then, he was also pushing the rules when he did so during the bojack movie which took place after the cell saga. And as Mega stated, the dragon balls are gone.

wow they absolutely ruined the voice acting on trunks for this moment @1:47, don't get me wrong i love kid trunks's va but they really need to re-hire eric vale for this scene. like i said the innocence kid trunks brings is great but the va for him cannot nail the scream of pure anguish. their voice is way too high to hit the "agony" point in the scream. like i said i love kid trunks but they either need eric vale or need to cast a kid who can hit the same notes eric can for teen trunks.

the person who voice acted this scene is the same as kid trunks in Z (and possibly android 18 im not sure), the original scene in the anime had it VAed by the same actor as future trunks except he tried make his voice a bit lighter
