You're just getting what you're going to get, even if it is disappointing...and if he does get excited, you can sense he had good reason to be impressed so it's worth paying attention to. And in the interim, he is so good in self roasting and roasting, so it is entertaining. I really appreciate how he sounds so ironic when he does say anything that does sound like trite positivity except when he does say something that could be trite but seems to mean it sincerely...and then it's sweet of him!

the first one is called Sorrentina and it's not made like that, it's actually made with hoax's mozzarella and severd already mixed because you are supposed to put the hot pasta on the mozzarella so it melts more easly. It's a high calories dishes who was served to the field workers in South Italy. oh and I love how he called San Benedetto a fancy bottle ~an Italian

I love my nonna's food, I love eating and I want to make others feel the happiness of it. It's amazing how old foods can be reused and make a traditional helathy dish out of nowhere

I live in Florence and can attest to its quality and popularity, it's got two locations in the same street, which both always have huge queues, but they've got the production down so good you're only waiting 10 minutes tops. One of the reasons it is so popular though is that the sandwiches are huge and only cost €6-9. Paying $20 for a sandwich is nuts, especially when you can just get two dollar slices and just put them on top of each other!
