Hey guys- your little pet stalker here! Random thoughts- You would not believe the price of pork bellies in MIami!! This use to be poor people food- i grew up on it- being Cuban, I ate a lot of "chicharrones"! Now it is right up there with good burger meat at about $4.99/lb- crazy... Point to my rambling though- I did manage to pick up some yesterday and it is destined to be Korean BBQ- Thanks guys for thw inspiration - y'all so rock :)

The grill just has to be one on a slight slant, with an end part that lets the fat drip out. It comes in handy when the pork fat slides down to the kimchi and other vegetables to cook them in the pork fat.
