....Standing four feet away, nervously unsure of it’s intention, he made out a series of numbers. 01-24-19-82 Well, at first glance they appeared to be a series of numbers. But some of the 'numbers' ... just weren't. What are '0' and '9'? The '0' looked like a closed-off and squished 'C'. The '9' sort of looked like a '4' that had been melted and warped by a fire. Staring at the odd characters made Anders' head hurt for their unnaturalness ... but also their vague familiarity. Anders thought, "A fire would feel good right now!". Suddenly, Anders remembered an old book of his grandmother's that sat on a shelf in the family library. He recalled looking at it as a child, puzzled by its content. Running back inside, he located the book and started flipping through the yellow pages. Then, he found the list of numbers and strange characters. Yes, there were '2', '8', and '1', but there were the '0' and the '9', too. To the right of each were words with odd pronunciations. Taking the book, Anders walked back out into the frigid night and up to the glowing device. Glancing back and forth between the book and the device, Anders read each 'number' aloud using the pronunciations found in the book. Trying to utter some of them rightly made his tongue twist. Upon completing the last one, the saffron glow increased to almost blinding intensity. The increasingly pleasant warmth Anders felt was only countered by the chill in his heart, fearing what he may have just unleashed....

As a producer, I wanted to ask if you make a portion of your track and loop it to last for 1 hour? Or do you actually make the track to be 1 hr?
@Futurescapes-SciFiAmbience10 ай бұрын
Hey thanks for asking! For the majority of my videos that are chill/atmospheric like this one I always avoid looping or copy/pasting entire sections unless they are supposed to fit together (ie. chords bass and a melody that all play a progression together). Besides that I copy and place things along the timeline but in different combinations and staggering them with different amounts of space in between, so while there are parts repeated that come in and out throughout the hour, the listener is always getting different combinations of elements which keeps it from sounding repetitive. I usually have enough elements to fill between 10-15 minutes before things repeat. Hope that helps!
