The basics of prompting were so helpful, even beyond midjourney. Thanks for not making any assumptions and staying true to this being an actual beginners guide. Alot of other creators creating similar "beginners" guides demonstrate a strong curse of knowledge bias. Your teaching videos are very well structured.

Hi Nolan, absolutely great overall intro to MidJourney, I am so very appreciative! In one single video you've addressed all my major questions after 6 months of casual beginner-level use and probably tripled or more my proficiency and understanding of the major control factors. Quick question, in several examples you place "unsplash" at the end of the prompt. Can I ask you, what is that for? Cheers and thanks from NYC!
@FutureTechPilot24 күн бұрын
Well I'm happy to hear that I have helped you out! And 'unsplash' is just a trigger word for a certain style of images. It's actually the name of a stock photography website that has a really professional and cinematic vibe. So in Midjourney, unsplash helps set the tone for a style I like without needing to write a bunch of extra words

This was all very helpful info before diving into Midjourney. I plan on making some creative images through Midjourney, but also was very interested in changing the style of my own photos with some of the wild stuff Midjourney could offer but using the subject from my photos. Wanting the subjects to look as close as possible to the photo I'm providing, but you mentioned Midjourney doesn't do that very well, at least so far. What would be an image generating platform that could do that very well? Not looking for Photoshop to edit photos, but something that can change a style of a photo.

Thank you for the information, I would like to ask you a question. Do you think it is possible to create a comic using this tool, that is, to be able to maintain consistency between the characters, and I am curious, do you know if the version used in the United States is different from the one in South America? I ask because I don't live in North America, blessings 🙏
