About Billy and Juiz: What transpired hints at the true nature of Unbelievable and the true nature of Billy. First, Juiz still believes in Billy, she hasn’t lost faith in him. Billy states this is the reason he couldn’t copy her ability. Take notice of the abilities he COULD copy. As for what happened when Juiz used Unjustice on Billy, he ended up shooting her arm off. So, he believes something along the lines of: Juiz shouldn’t have to fight/I don’t desire to fight or kill her/I want her to live. Also, it seems the amount of abilities Billy can copy is the same as the amount of bullets in the revolvers he wields-6!

Next arc... starts with a surprise~ Also, it wasn't that Chikara overused Unmove before, it was that he got blinded by a stun grenade that hurt his eyes and they got further hurt by Creed punching him in the face to bruise his eyes closed.
