The recent blog post with an actual raccoon dog. Maru is always indignant when he's called a raccoon dog. But the raccoon dog is cute. I had to check wikipedia as I didn't know it. There are several types including the Japanese raccoon dog. They're related to foxes. I love how Mugumogu teases Maru over the years about being a raccoon dog.🥰

When you say it out loud, it sounds kind of insane... One of our cats likes to put bags and boxes on his head and walk around the house. The other one chews icicles for fun. But that kneading on the cushion, that was an incredible 'awwww' moment for sure. That look on Hana's face... pure bliss, memories of kittenhood.

First will Maru do some snowboarding this winter ? One of my favorites when he slides down the hill with perfect balance putting his bottom into it and tail as a rudder. After that he trots back up the hill for more. Here when he jumps up on the sofa he keeps looking at Hana but she doesn’t invite him on her green cushion. Later she goes and joins him and gives him a bath he reciprocates. Miri alone in the washroom is it warm in there ? She likes it and for her the ice-sickle is a toy. Maru turns his back he expects a treat.
