Sorry, I know this is two years after your comment, but I'm just curious if you could answer my question: Is it possible to get a straight fuzz sound out of this pedal? Or are octaves/filters always in the mix?

I just built my version of your (favorite) bass. Mine is on the cheap…A squire p bass neck on a jazz bass body, Wilkinson pickups, I used a stacked pot for the volume and a single pot for tone in a fender control plate.

That's an amazing piece of gear. It would definitely be a fun studio piece, but I don't think I could ever properly use it on a gigging board.

I tried the Mk1 Lysis and thought it sounded really cool but thin (needed a clean blend for bass IMHO) - can't really tell in this video due to laptop speakers but how's the weight/fundamental punch on the MkII?
