All those who have commented here are praising young lady on different qualities. Me too agreed with them. But my assessment is that in what atmosphere and surroundings she brought up is by itself impracive . The thought she expressed is so spontaneous and revolutionary that she talked about this great COUNTRY from root of ancient history and spreading to universe. Quality of her performance is that she not even quoted primeminister which normally speakers do. That doesn't mean that she have disrespectful to PM but without mentioning that she definitely admits what PM was thinking. ABSOLUTELY self conscious respectful and revolutionary.
