@@StarkeeperLen If I have corruption tentacles in my world, I would the same thing as Fwhip. Lava for smelting many raw ores, and some fertilizer so I don't have to go to a skeleton spawner. (I'm pretty lazy when it comes to mob farms)

I would love living in the Grimlands, the steampunk vibes with frequent experiments going on, the crazy Count building huge add ones to the city and entire mountains seeming overnight, easy access via hot air balloons to other empires. I actually think that dispite the danger there is a high standard of living due to the science and little automatons cleaning the area. It would be lots of fun!

The week of Mega Bases is off to a great start, First with the Cod Father building his Mega Wall of Cod only to end up Breaking Gem and Scott out of Sausages dungeon, now we have the Grimlands expanding like crazy right now. Hopefully you can build a Wall along the river or something that can help defend against not only Village Raids but also Supply Raids by Sausage and Joey! Maybe get a little bit of the Stair action by using stairs for Arrow slits, and Maybe call the Cod Father Alliance and the Wither Rose Alliance together with the Ocean Queen, LDShadowLady, and have Occasional "Exercises" at each other's Bases using the Village Raids!

(My guardian farm went wrong and they all escaped in the Nether !). I had never realised that farming the villagers pretty much gives you everything you need.

The new mega base is looking great! And to give you a quick update, Sausage did find the Elder Guardian in his basement and killed it, and then he and Joey kidnapped Scott and Gem, locking them up in the dungeon. Good news is that Jimmy was able to rescue Scott and Gem. Bad news, Sausage found the second Elder Guardian under his dark tower, but it did take him a while to find it.

You should take inspiration from fairy god mothers potion factory in shrek 2! It sounds silly but i think the large smoke stacks with coloured chemical smoke coming out could look really fitting for the forge!

I recommend using water logged stairs or half blocks to cover the sugar cane water holes. it'll make harvesting much easier as you won't fall into the holes.

ive noticed a similarity in ur and gems buildings in ur empires and my little lore hc is that because a trade route was built between you two so early on, ideas and architectural styles passed between the empires (blackstone/deepslate, calcite, now the similarities in towers). idk i think its really rad

Something you could do is take your blaze farm, and start naming and relocating blazes to use as an army. Alternatively you could do something similar by making a wither skeleton farm, in addition this would give you access to an intimidating number of withers.

In the sugarcane paddy, you could put some spruce half slabs in the water holes to make it easier to harvest!
