Everything is synchronized. If you can't control your emotions and your thoughts, use any perfect strategy you want, it will be basically impossible to be profitable. However, if you absolutely trust a strategy that is given to you and it is proven to work then it will be a lot easier to have peace of mind and deal with physiology. It is rare that someone can come into this and just see everything as numbers on a screen right off the bat.
