i just followed your tutorial and im kinda confused to make edge ring. can you tell me how?

Just select one and hold shift and double click on the next edge .

I really wanted to complete this 3 parts tutorial from start to finish, but I got disappointed seeing u recklessly creating triangles everywhere from the 5th minute without even saying a word about how u r gonna fix them, or if u r going to do that at all! Have a nice day.
