最初はバイター側が淡々と処理してる感じなのに途中からシャケが優先になっていってどんどんシャケの『侵略』になっていくアニメーション、あ〜そもそもこの曲ってシャケ側のアーティストによって作られたシャケ達を盛り立てる曲だったな…って思い出させる感じがメチャクチャ好きですね…

背景がオレンジから緑になってシャケに占領される緊迫感！！細部までこだわったアニメーションをありがとうございます 丁寧な雑魚処理から始まり、段々戦況が悪化して次々浮き輪になる仲間と、最後までスペシャルを残して最終的に走馬灯が流れる初心者っぽいパブロくんがすっごく可愛いです。 イカ派だったんですけどタコが好きになりました🐙 0:37 ～カタパの音ハメとアニメーションがたまらん

My friend and roommate would play this a lot and I’d sometimes just sit and watch. He really liked this game mode and your animation captures the hectic nature of it. He unfortunately passed some time ago. Your video made me remember some happier times. Thank you.

I love how in the animation you can see the fate of all four members of the squad: The Splatershot got overwhelmed by salmonids in 0:45 The Rapid Blaster (probably got killed by following a snatcher in 0:55 The Dynamo roller (probably) got killed by grillers in 1:00 And the Inkbrush got surrounded by basically everything in 1:30 Pretty neat detail.

Whoa. Great job with the animation! (1:40) My mind somehow automatically inserted the "Final wave clear!" sound effect. You also did a great job at nailing some of the details I didn't notice when playing the game myself, such as (0:30) the flag raising as the egg basket reaches the quota set for the current wave, (0:38) the Flyfish pilots, (0:43) the Slammin' Lid pilots, and (1:00) the window on the front of the Griller. (0:54) the dancing Goldie 😆 (1:10) dancing Mudmouths too 😆

I don’t play splatoon but I follow a lot of fanartists that do I’ve always wondered what it is about salmon run that really seemed to inspire them. Seeing this animation and knowing the music is from the game’s OST… I think i get it now. the frenzy that kicks in in the second half of the song coupled with the surreal animation made me anxious even though I’ve never even played the game. Really excellent work
