Whoa. Great job with the animation! (1:40) My mind somehow automatically inserted the "Final wave clear!" sound effect. You also did a great job at nailing some of the details I didn't notice when playing the game myself, such as (0:30) the flag raising as the egg basket reaches the quota set for the current wave, (0:38) the Flyfish pilots, (0:43) the Slammin' Lid pilots, and (1:00) the window on the front of the Griller. (0:54) the dancing Goldie 😆 (1:10) dancing Mudmouths too 😆

このアニメのお陰で特殊WAVEの時間配分更に分かりやすくなってます。ヤベッ金シャケじいちゃん終わってグリルグルグルしてきたそろそろ納品急がなきゃって具合ですごくわかり易いです。単純にアニメの楽しさだけで終わらないの凄い。 また、はじめはカッコイイサモランアニメなのに、グリル辺りから不穏な空気が出て来てジワジワとカッコイイから怖いに侵食されるのが凄く刺さります。そんな中でもパブロくんのかわいさやテッキュウのバケツリレー、金シャケじいちゃんの愛嬌がかわいく、ガチガチにかっこよくなり過ぎず、また怖くなりすぎないのも好きです。大変な作業本当にお疲れ様でした。

It always starts out fine… then nobody kills the flyfish or the 80 big shots… then everyone’s too busy failing at surviving to do anything else… then they’re all screaming for the last person alive to help when there are like 5 seconds left on the clock anyway and like two eggs in the basket out of 23. Then you lose your rank and get sent back to professional… then you get paired with worse people… then you get sent back to professional +2. Then you get back to +3 before getting sent down to +1 somehow. Then you get a win streak with some actually good people and get to professional +3 80 and think to yourself, “Yes! These people… they’re actually good! It’s a miracle! One more game and I’ll finally get my rank back after weeks of hell, pain, and suffering! Oh boy, I can hardly contain my-“ *Communication error occurs or the maps and modes update.* “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA” Then you get the worst salmon run games of your life and get sent back to professional +2. Then you go cry in a corner for exactly 28 minutes and 43 seconds before trying to play more salmon run only to discover that your switch has run out of battery. Then you charge it for a couple hours while staring at a wall and then you keep getting communication errors meaning that you can’t even play. Then, finally, you find actually decent teammates! They may not be the best players in the world, but they’re not the absolute worst like how you usually get! This is amazing! You’ll finally get back to eggsecutive vp, and then you’ll start actually having fun again! Then, on wave two you notice one of your teammates stand still… and then… disappear… oh no. Then you fail and you fail again. You’re about to lose your rank again, until… you again find actually good people. “What’s going on?” You wonder. Then, you actually defeat a king salmonid for once! The rewards have to be so great for actually doing it- *eight bronze scales* Uhhhhh? Well, at least you actually beat it! In record time, too! Then, you notice something strange… you’re… actually going up in your rank. Professional +3 80… okay… don’t get your hopes up that much… just play one more game, and… You did it. You actually got your rank back after a whole month of playing with like 2 hours of sleep! In total! You wipe a tear from your face and stare at your switch. Smiling, you carefully put it into sleep mode and place it into the base/charger/thing. Finally… happiness… A few hours later, you decide to play some salmon run again. In a better mood, you actually win a few games! Before… you… go on a losing streak… But this time, you’ve come up with a plan. If you ever got to eggsecutive vp 10 or 0, you would wait for the next rotation for your rank to get sent back up to 40. It may make you look stupid, or like a coward, but with this new rule for yourself in place… no matter how awfully you and your teammates lose, you’ll never go through that hell again. Even if eggsecutive vp is harder, it’s somehow better than professional. No matter how hard you lose. So that’s why- OH CRAP THE FLYFISH I THOUGHT YOU GUYS TOOK CARE OF THAT WAIT WHAT WHY HELP GUYS NO YOU MISSED THE JUMP YOU IDIOTS WAIT NO I MISSED THE JUMP TOO AND OH NONONONONONONOOOO GUYS WHY DIDN’T YOU JUST KILL THE STINGERS?!?!?! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW HARD IT IS TO DODGE BOTH OF THEM WHEN THEY’RE AFTER YOU?!?!?! NOT EVEN MENTIONING THE FACT THAT THERE’S LIKE 87,486 BIGSHOTS THAT I HAVE DO JUMP OVER! I HAVE THE DULIES, GUYS! THE DULIES AND YOU EXPECT ME TO JUMP OVER THAT THING? I CAN!T EVEN MOVE BECAUSE OF THE FISHSTICK AND- wait what’s that car noise behind me- I THOUGHT YOU GUYS TOOK CARE OF THA- That’s a wrap! Crew wipe, huh? Let’s see how many golden eggs you got. 3? Not terrible. *Infuriated and confused screaming* OR Time’s up! Let’s see how many golden eggs you got… just 89? Do better. *INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SCREAMING IN ANGER* Yeah I love salmon run.
