When I think of the NSX , pictures of Japanese dudes with crazy hair , leather wristbands, beating away on some clay. Then they leave work on their vintage Honda cars and motorcycles. Once at home they play with all their vintage Japanese toys and get inspired to design such things as an NSX. This NSX was done by a chick from the valley.

I wonder where the brains of Honda had been, ZDX was a commercial and design failure yet she got to lead let alone be a part of the new NSX design team. Plus in one of NSX intro videos it was mentioned the V10 was dropped because of the design. I can imagine, why there are more used NSX's for sale.

Please remove the hybrid system from the new NSX, and create a much lighter sports car that's powered by an engine only! Like the original NSX! It will definitely sell a lot more than the current hybrid NSX.

No, not , not for the reasons you may think. She should have been fired after designing the Acura ZDX which was a miserable failure, including her boss who signed off on it. Instead, she was awarded with designing the new NSX. This car looks (like the ZDX) strange and is way over the top in complexity.

Nice segment> Now if she and the other designers would just update the other Acura vehicles. Stale designs and they have fallen behind in tech compared with their Honda cousins. Also very little options in the way of ext. and int. color choices compared to other upscale makes like Lexus.

this car screams designed by an out of touch american woman from design school. the old nsx had character and a point. the new one just feels like a stylish grocery getter for rich people. the brains back in the 90's over at japan knew how to design a car with character. they would carve the body from a giant mold of clay, they felt the design of the car. this just feels souless.
