I can listen to Dan Vaccanti all day ,no ones nails explaining flow and why it is important in empirical way like him ..Kudos for having him around for this thanks 🙏🏼.. Suggestion : I see some 30 min videos with agile coaches and thought leaders and I think that’s great ,what prevents you guys from having longer sessions with Dan ?

Thanks for listening! We're sure we can get Dan to speak even longer. We've tried to stick to one topic per show, but perhaps it's time for some more long form discussion. :-)

Cycle time = when feedback is received

I'm getting tons of value out of the FYK episodes! The three of you do an excellent job breaking it down in a language that is easy to distill. The outcome: I'm better equipped to share the power of Kanban practices and flow metrics with my organization. This also applies to the YDS episodes ; ) Thank you!

Love this series! Question. In Flow metrics for Scrum Teams it is mentioned that ideally Cycle Time represents the time to get customer feedback if Done means released in your workflow. This sounds very logical to me but I can’t confidently explain why. Why do you guys think that ideally cycle time represent the time to get customer feedback?
