theory: each mannequin is a different person whom the neighbor has killed. in alpha 2, when the bell was rung you could get the shovel to uncover the teacher. when you open the door to the basement and you're caught, you are buried. whenever the person before you dies, the house is put up for sale, hence you always moving in at the start of the game. The last person to be caught might have left the message, which could lead to a bigger plot possibly concerning the bear in alpha 1, as the "mannequin" for a child, possibly his own.

Got a theory. So about QR-code, searching the numbers 1003063 on mediafire gets you to a file that says "They must never know where she is buried", so my theory is, maybe someone killed the neighbor's wife and buried her. And no one must find out where his wife was buried. This is leading to much more many theories. If my theory somehow is correct, the third person in the game might be the bad guy or knows something about the neighbor's wife so he had to kill her? This is causing a headache xD

Maybe with the number it is a map, i.e take a 100 steps one place, then 30 another way and 63 another way and there may be a secret there? I don't know but i think it could be a possibility.

Theory: The QR code said "I had to hide it" in alpha 1 inside the coffin there was a mannequin... I think he had to "kill" his wife or atleast fake to kill his wife and put the mannequin inside the coffin so it looks like his wife was killed...he had to hide the message from the people who told him to kill his wife? I know it's confusing...

Also the neighbor was observing you since alpha 1, he thinks that you are a bad guy...ONE MORE HUGE THING YOU HAVE TO KNOW, in alpha 2 when you get inside the basement, and when you enter the other door in the basement it ends the game right? but, but if you do a command and turns into a ghost, go pass the door and there's more to it.. the ghosts command it basically just to pass the door that triggers the game to end, when you pass through the door you can play more, hope that makes sense.

Second Theory: When I searched up 1003063 on google I found useless information, but when I broke the numbers down and searched in google 10 03 06 3, went to map and found something, I can't quite see what it is but it looks like a huge graveyard...I think it's suppose to be a secret place and that's why the qr code says "they might find it" when you got in the basement in alpha 3, you pretty much found the secret and the neighbor cried because you found the secret place... I think he burried his neighbors in the place I found...

I think the code is the boy's letter to the neighbour , have yu ever heard about the crying boy in the background have yu heard it? try not to speak then go on the room where there is a manequin on the front of the window then yu can hear someone crying , I think thats the boy who sent the letter to the neighbour ,thats why when yu go to the ending the neighbour is crying

The QR code is probably a message from someone in the developer team. There is a abundance of secret rooms in the house, maybe even more you can't enter unless you noclip. The numbers from the QR probably refer to many things. I can imagine it being used in Debug mode, as a code to something. Or maybe it'll prove helpful in the next build? I'd say we should keep exploring and keep the code in mind.
