Not "the old FZ-07," it's "the ol' FZ-07." Totally different. Damn that thing sounds awesome.

I heard Motonosity needs some help over at his place. He bolted on every aftermarket part he could find and now it wont run. He is about 8000 dollars into a 2500 dollar scooter. Please teach him how to use a multi-meter and finish the project.

@jake TheGardenSnake, I put a Traxton Dynamics fork kit on my bike. Decent price and truly made the bike handle like a completely different vehicle. I know you just commented in your vid about people saying that, but I guess I didn't realize how bad the front suspension was until after the mod.
@TheGardenSnake7 жыл бұрын
+Tubewatcher I saw that kit they make. Looks like a good investment. Did you do a rear shock?
@ladairrepair7 жыл бұрын
I did not do the rear shock as I'm 150 lbs and really have had no immediate need for an upgraded shock. The squirrely nature of the bike while hitting bumps in a leaning turn was retarded by about 80% with the upgrade to the front shocks. I will eventually get the rear once I've saved up the ridiculous $600.00 +dollars for a single damn shock lol.

Jake, just a heads up on brake pads. The calipers on our FZ-07s are IDENTICAL to the early R1s through 2003. FZs have limited pad options for w/e reason but theres a ton of shit available for those R1s. Yamaha allegedly put soft pads on the bike stock to try and keep nosedive to a minimum.
